Thyroid Hypothyroidism ~ Foods And Supplements ~~~Nancy from YouTube YHTF: We can begin to help to turn around our thyroid health through certain foods and supplements. They thyroid has a great supply of selenium so if we are deficient in that we can begin to look there. Sources for selenium are nuts! Ginger can help, with one tablespoon of honey in it. Coconut oil, one teaspoon per day at the least. I just put some into my coffee ~~~Nancy.
